Terms
(special terms are subject to negotiation)

Delivery terms: according to Swissmem (Association of the Suisse mechanical industry, electrical engineering and metal (MEM) industries), ex works, without freight, packing costs, insurance and custom taxes.

Payment terms:  within 30 days, date of invoice, without discount.

Claims:  have to be submitted within 14 days of receipt of goods. Damaged consignments must be confirmed by the forwarding agent.

The place of performance and jurisdiction is agreed to be Lucerne. The contract shall be governed by Swiss law.

Export contracts
It is emphasized that export contracts are subjects to the terms stipulated in our individual quotations and specified in the order acknowledgment. Such contracts shall be governed by Swiss law.
